Certified Appraiser

As a certified appraiser, my role is pivotal in accurately assessing the value of a diverse range of assets and items. I specialize in determining the worth of both tangible and intangible properties, which can range from real estate properties and artworks to businesses and personal possessions. My main objective as a certified appraiser is to provide an unbiased and well-researched estimation of an asset's value, serving various purposes like insurance coverage, tax calculations, financial reporting, estate planning, and legal support.

My certification as an appraiser is a result of intensive training and meeting the stringent qualifications set forth by professional appraisal organizations.  I am a graduate Certified Appraiser of The Appraiser’s National Association (ANA), a not-for-profit, member-driven association, formed to support member needs and serve the public by producing highly qualified and ethical appraisers who are recognized authorities in professional personal property appraising. 

These bodies ensure that I possess the requisite expertise and knowledge to effectively evaluate different types of assets. Throughout the appraisal process, I meticulously researched, analyzed data, and considered current market trends to arrive at a solid and well-documented value.

I specialize in personal property appraisal, which entails valuing items like fine art, antiques, jewelry, and collectibles. Alternatively, I could work as a business appraiser, tasked with determining the value of companies and their assets for purposes such as mergers, acquisitions, financial planning, and legal disputes.
